Job summary

Snowflake London hosts Observe, a role focused on developing a strong enterprise sales pipeline. You will identify high-potential businesses, run targeted campaigns, and partner with the Sales team to convert opportunities into qualified meetings.

You’ll gain deep product knowledge and engage engineering leadership through multiple channels. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives, relentlessly pursuing targets while developing your career in tech sales.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Fluent in German (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Self-starter with proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential businesses to target for Observe across your region.
• Develop and lead inbound/outbound campaigns with the Sales team from idea generation to qualified call.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge to educate prospects.
• Interact with engineering decision makers via phone, LinkedIn and email.
• Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce for effective lead management.
• Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team.
• Nurture early opportunities to build future pipeline.
• Exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.
