Qualificações

• Extensive leadership of global engineering teams across regions.
• Deep knowledge of pricing engines, analytics frameworks and distributed compute.
• Strong understanding of Rates, Credit, bond pricing and market data.
• Experience designing low-latency, scalable event-driven platforms.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate tech into business value.
• Proven track record modernising critical platforms and practices.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve productivity while managing data ethics.
