Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in London seeks a Senior Business Analyst – Fixed Income Pricing and Analytics to drive a multi-year modernisation of pricing and analytics platforms. You will translate trading needs into capabilities, collaborate closely with traders, quants, product owners and engineers, and deliver incremental value through Agile and Kanban.

You will apply AI-assisted tools to enhance analysis and documentation while safeguarding data and governance.

Qualifications

• Front-office experience in Rates and Credit pricing and analytics.
• Ability to manage stakeholders including traders and engineers.
• Fluency with data and APIs; translate business needs to technical specs.
• Experience modernising trading platforms with iterative delivery.
• Practical use of AI tools with attention to accuracy and ethics.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of pricing and analytics workflows for Rates and Credit.
• Build relationships across trading, analytics, tech and control functions.
• Map current and target workflows; define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Refine backlog with product owners and engineers using Agile/Kanban.
• Use data analysis to validate requirements and coordinate UAT with traders.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to research, analysis and documentation.
