Job summary

Deutsche Bank in London is seeking a Lead Treasury Domain Architect to shape technology architecture across funding pools, liquidity, and risk processes within a transforming Treasury function.

You will collaborate with the CIO, business teams and IT partners to deliver modernised, data‑driven, and AI‑assisted solutions that align with regulatory expectations and business priorities in a global Treasury context.

Qualifications

• Proven architecture leadership within treasury domains.
• Strong knowledge of funding, liquidity, markets, issuance, or securitisation.
• Deep understanding of financial data and data controls.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and secure, scalable enterprise systems.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Treasury architecture blueprint and roadmap with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to gather requirements and connect processes.
• Define non‑functional requirements: throughput, retention, authentication, scalability, resilience, SLAs, regulatory needs.
• Identify where existing systems suffice and where new applications or data feeds are needed.
• Produce architecture blueprints, technical solution documents, and records of key choices for delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, platform owners, programme managers and stakeholders for solution alignment.
