Job summary

Omnea is seeking its first dedicated Product Operations hire to sit at the intersection of product and AI. You will build the operational layer the growing product team needs: the tool stack, launch rhythm, top-level metrics, and early access programmes.

You’ll automate, integrate, and ship dashboards, owning Claude skills and data sources so adoption is maximised. You’ll shape the product org’s knowledge and roadmap signals, coordinating launches with product marketing and sales, and ensuring

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years in product operations, product management, business ops, strategy/ops, or chief-of-staff in B2B SaaS.
• AI is a working tool; past work building agents, automations or internal tools adopted by others.
• Comfortable with data: pull, interrogate and translate into PM actions.
• Systems thinker: distinguish process vs structural problems and know when to optimise.
• Strong writing: translate roadmaps or signals into clear guidance.
• Experience running complex events with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments.
• Track record of top performance in academia or work.

Responsibilities

• Build the operational layer for a fast-growing product team: tool stack, launch rhythm, and top-level metrics.
• Define problems, build solutions, drive adoption, and iterate.
• Automate workflows and write Claude skills; connect data sources and dashboards.
• Own product tooling configuration and ensure it is used and valued.
• Coordinate launches, readiness criteria, and release tracking.
• Design and mature alpha/beta/partner programmes with structure.
