Job summary

Altus Group is seeking a Product Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams, shape technical direction, and stay close to hands-on engineering work. You’ll foster psychological safety, continuous improvement, and thoughtful AI adoption as part of a cross-functional leadership role.

You will partner with Product and Architecture to drive strategy, deliver on commitments, and maintain high engineering standards across cloud-native platforms and legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to scale engineering teams and deliver customer-facing web apps.
• Experience guiding AI adoption and architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow inclusive engineering teams with coaching and growth plans.
