Job summary

Fundflow is building an AI-native investment banking platform and growing its European team to scale private-credit transactions for ambitious startups and scale-ups. You will source, structure, and execute deals end-to-end, leveraging AI to streamline workflows and deliver smarter advice with faster execution.

You will own mandates, manage relationships with founders and lenders, and help shape the next generation of investment banking across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in investment banking, debt advisory, or private credit.
• Led complex financings end-to-end as the senior banker on the deal.
• Strong credit analysis and investor dynamics; able to turn capital needs into clear solutions.
• Confident communicator who builds trust with founders and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Drive deals from pitch to close, balancing founder and lender interests.
• Source new opportunities and capture deal flow from markets and partners.
• Own relationships with founders and lenders for repeat business.
• Shape the future of banking by integrating AI-driven workflows into deal processes.
