Job summary

IFS builds enterprise software and leads AI-driven product management initiatives across multiple industries. This remote role allows you to influence portfolio strategy, implement AI-enabled workflows, and partner with product leaders to drive scalable improvements.

You will apply practical AI methods to prioritize investments, optimize roadmaps, and align execution with business outcomes. You will report to the Product & Technology Strategy & Planning organization as an individual contributor,

Qualifications

Background in product operations, portfolio management, product planning or governance.
Financial fluency: modelling portfolio scenarios and ROI.
Ability to turn complex prioritisation into clear data and options.
Experience with modern AI tools to enhance analysis and decision making.

Responsibilities

Turn portfolio data into self-serve insights and decision tools for product managers and leaders.
Build predictive models to forecast portfolio outcomes and compare scenarios.
Develop ROI and benefits realization to guide investment decisions across products.
Support strategy by making roadmaps easy to consume and align funding with strategic goals.
Identify root causes and design scalable, reusable processes and AI-enabled solutions.
