Job summary

IFS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, discovery and delivery of AI-driven workforce management solutions for Construction & Engineering and adjacent industries. Based in the United Kingdom, the role has a global remit across North America, Europe and APAC, collaborating with customers, partners and internal teams to create measurable business value.

You will drive opportunities from discovery through adoption, leveraging AI, automation and emerging tech to transform workforce

Qualifications

• Product management experience delivering SaaS, workforce management or enterprise software.
• Experience contributing to strategy, roadmaps, discovery, delivery and adoption.
• Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, time and attendance, resource management, payroll integration or workforce analytics.
• Understanding of construction, engineering, energy, utilities, manufacturing or field/service industries.
• Experience working with global customers.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
• Experience building AI-enabled enterprise software products.
