Job summary

Curated is partnering with a high-growth, AI-first tech business in London to hire a Technical Lead. You will own technical design and end-to-end delivery, lead and grow a senior engineering team, and collaborate directly with product and business to turn complex problems into elegant, scalable solutions.

You will code, lead, and shape how the team works, with a strong emphasis on AI-native development, architecture ownership, and greenfield work being rebuilt from first principles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with leadership on complex initiatives.
• Proficiency in .NET Core/C#, distributed systems and cloud-native development.
• Experience with Azure, SQL, CosmosDB; TypeScript and React valued.
• Ability to own architectural decisions and surface risk early.
• Strong coaching, pairing and code-review mindset; hands-on leader.

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and end-to-end delivery of critical platform components.
• Lead, grow and mentor a team of engineers; set standards and cadence.
• Collaborate with product and business to turn complex problems into scalable solutions.
• Drive AI-native development practices and agentic tooling adoption.
