Artlogic, a leading art-technology platform, is seeking a pragmatic, impact-driven Senior Software Engineer to shape technical direction and mentor the team. You will work with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate ideas from inception to production, balancing business impact with engineering quality.

This role emphasizes AI-native workflows, platform reliability, and observability. You will contribute to architecture, CI/CD, and security, while guiding others and championing

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer with product mindset and strong judgement on trade-offs.
• Experience building scalable, secure cloud-based systems with AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven ability to guide architecture and quality across legacy and greenfield codebases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate software across the platform with AI-augmented work.
• Partner with Product and Design from discovery through production.
• Lead features from shaping to production and mentor junior engineers.
• Champion security by design and integrate validation into pipelines.
• Improve observability, reliability, and performance with data-driven decisions.
• Foster AI-native practices and guide the team in model outputs and prompts.
