You will drive AI-powered workflows and no/low-code automations to streamline project tracking, reporting, documentation, and communications, maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in payroll or EoR domains.
• Experience leading large, multi-faceted engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with AI-powered workflows and no/low-code automations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through implementations of Papaya EoR and payroll solutions.
• Manage all phases of customer onboarding and develop project plans and timelines.
• Create, optimize, and drive schedules across cross-functional teams and partners.
• Escalate at-risk projects and maintain alignment with contractual obligations.
• Lead customer interactions and prepare status reports; drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions that improve visibility and efficiency.
