James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with a market-leading organisation to recruit an Organisational Development Partner on a 2-year fixed-term contract. The role focuses on organisation design, workforce planning and capability development to enable AI-enabled transformation.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape design and ensure teams are structured and skilled for future ways of working, driving adoption and capability development across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong OD and workforce planning experience aligned to business objectives
• Proven track record as a People Business Partner supporting organisational change and transformation
• Experience in technology-enabled or digital transformation within complex environments
• Commercial and pragmatic approach balancing people with business priorities
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent) would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver AI-driven transformation across the organisation
• Translate AI programmes into practical people outcomes and future ways of working
• Lead organisation design activity including role evolution, team structures and capability requirements
• Drive workforce planning, skills mapping and future-capability development
• Collaborate with Learning, Leadership and Change teams to enable adoption of new tech and behaviours
• Lead change initiatives to build engagement and sustainable adoption
• Provide strategic People Partnering support with insight and guidance
• Act as trusted advisor balancing commercial priorities with people-centred decisions
