Focus Group is hiring a Service Design Consultant to support Service Design Architects, Service Management and Pre‑sales in delivering standard and bespoke managed services. You will help bring designs to life, build co‑managed versions and assist their move into live operation.

The role blends pre‑sales scoping and tender work with hands-on design and handover, in a hybrid setup across multiple offices. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Technical background in an MSP environment with service design experience.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking ability.
• Clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, AVD, Windows Server, storage and networking.
• Understanding cyber security concepts including Zero Trust and EDR/XDR.
• Familiarity with MSP tools such as IT Glue, Datto and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in AI and automation applied to managed services.
• Experience contributing to technical solutions for SMEs to enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and bid/tender processes.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsabilités

• Join meetings and workshops with customers to capture business and service needs.
• Collaborate with Service Design Architect, Product Owners, Sales and tech teams.
• Review proposals for operability and feasibility with Service Teams.
• Create co-managed versions of standard services for clients.
• Prepare tender responses and presentations highlighting business value.
• Lead design workshops and participate in bid teams.
• Produce and maintain Service Design and Service Description documents.
• Handover won opportunities to delivery and support teams smoothly.
• Share learnings with Product Owners to improve standard services.
