BARK is seeking an exceptional Motion & Graphic Designer to craft brilliant, high-performing advertising for global consumer brands. At the heart of the role is creativity, with the ability to turn briefs into visually exciting work across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.

You’ll blend polished motion with native social formats and push ideas with new tools and AI. Join a team that values taste, collaboration and a bold, strategic approach to design.

Qualifications

• You have exceptional creativity and strong taste with a clear point of view.
• You show strong motion and graphic design craft and an eye for typography and visual detail.
• You have experience creating advertising for consumer or eCommerce brands and understand what works on Meta, TikTok and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Creating brilliant motion and static advertising across Meta, TikTok and other platforms
• Turning strategic briefs into visually exciting creative
• Bringing your own ideas and formats into the work
• Taking successful creative and finding new ways to push and evolve it
• Moving between polished design and native social creative
• Working across motion, typography, imagery, product, UGC and graphic design
• Using performance insight to understand audiences and inspire what you make next
• Using AI image, video and creative tools alongside After Effects, Photoshop and the rest of your toolkit
• Experimenting with new technology and developing new creative workflows
• Sharing discoveries and techniques to keep improving
• Staying close to great advertising, design, culture, trends and emerging formats
