Job summary

Monzo is seeking an experienced Martech Specialist (AI deployment) to elevate AI as a core driver of marketing outcomes. You’ll lead workstreams, build AI agents, and drive scaled content production within a regulated financial-services environment.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across a complex organisation and report to the Director of Martech & AI. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract within the Growth Collective.

Qualifications

• Proven track record applying AI for marketing or content teams.
• Strong programme leadership with cross-functional coordination.
• Experience building AI agents and automation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Programme management: translate goals into actionable work streams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Build AI agents to transform content production with governed automated flows.
• Systems integration: connect AI and agents to martech stack and data with compliance controls.
• Creative AI tooling: assess tools and scale quality of output.
• Tooling selection and RFP: run vendor evaluation and recommendations for DAM systems.
• Drive AI adoption across the business and help teams apply AI effectively.
