Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with around 3+ years' PQE.
- Experience mapping complex legal workflows across transactional, advisory or contentious matters.
- Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with senior professionals.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery workshops to analyse current legal workflows and identify AI-driven improvements.
- Design, configure and implement AI-enabled workflows aligned to customer goals.
- Deliver onboarding and training programs for diverse legal teams.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to integrate workflows into daily practice and drive adoption.
- Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase usage and value.
- Gather feedback and communicate insights to Product and Engineering.
- Develop best practices and reusable workflow solutions across customers and internal teams.
