Qualifications

• Solicitor qualification (England & Wales) with 3+ years PQE preferred.
• Experience handling complex legal workflows.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in legal tech and workflow transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow discovery sessions with clients to map current processes and identify AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
• Design, configure and deploy AI-enabled legal workflows aligned with client objectives.
• Deliver onboarding and adoption sessions for diverse user groups and practice areas.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to embed new workflows into daily practice and drive sustained adoption.
• Monitor usage, identify opportunities to improve adoption and value realization; translate feedback to product teams.
