Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Legal Engineer to bridge law and technology, delivering AI-enabled workflows for law firms and in-house teams. You will lead workflow discovery, design solutions and support adoption across practice areas.

The role requires a Solicitor qualification (England & Wales) with PQE, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for legal technology. This hybrid position offers flexible hours and country-specific benefits.

Qualifications

Solicitor qualification (England & Wales) with 3+ years PQE preferred.
Experience handling complex legal workflows.
Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Interest in legal tech and workflow transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead workflow discovery sessions with clients to map current processes and identify AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
Design, configure and deploy AI-enabled legal workflows aligned with client objectives.
Deliver onboarding and adoption sessions for diverse user groups and practice areas.
Collaborate with Customer Success to embed new workflows into daily practice and drive sustained adoption.
Monitor usage, identify opportunities to improve adoption and value realization; translate feedback to product teams.
