Job summary

Epiq Advisory for Law Firms seeks a Forward Deployed Legal Engineer to help law firm clients redesign legal work through AI-enabled workflows. This client-facing role requires JD or equivalent training and hands-on experience building AI agents that support lawful, defensible processes.

Work with multiple teams to identify high-value use cases, design agentic workflows, and guide adoption with practical, governance-aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• JD or comparable legal training required.
• Hands-on experience creating AI agents and working with large language models in applied legal or professional services settings.
• Ability to collaborate with lawyers and non-technical users to translate needs into practical workflows.
