You will work with Partners, General Counsel, Knowledge Management and Technology teams to translate business needs into practical technologies, driving adoption and measurable value across practice

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with England & Wales practice.
• Experience mapping and redesigning legal workflows.
• Strong engagement with senior legal professionals and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow discovery sessions with clients to map current processes and gaps.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled legal workflows aligned to client objectives.
• Deliver onboarding and adoption sessions for varied user groups.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to embed new workflows in practice.
• Monitor usage and identify opportunities to improve adoption and value.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product teams.
• Share best practices across clients and internal teams.
