Rolls-Royce is looking for a Specialist, Learning Experience Design to join our global learning services delivery team in a Derby/Hybrid setting. You will design digital learning experiences using AI-powered tools and authoring platforms, maintain our learning ecosystem, and support a community of content creators and editors across the business.

You will own small to medium learning solutions from idea to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring quality and accessibility while collaborating

Qualifications

• Strong eye for design and user experience to make learning modern and engaging.
• Experience creating digital learning content (e-learning, web content, multimedia).
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its potential in learning work; examples of experiments with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences (e-learning, microlearning, videos).
• Own small to medium learning solutions end-to-end from ideation to launch and improvement.
• Use AI-powered tools and modern authoring platforms to create high-quality learning at speed.
• Ensure outputs meet design, brand, accessibility, and technical standards via quality checks.
• Shape learner experience on intranet and Workday Learning; maintain clear catalog structures.
