Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience across modern stacks.
• Proven ability to lead engineering squads and drive delivery.
• Hands-on with cloud-native development and modern tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to engineers in your squad.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to design optimized, scalable solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to maximize developer efficiency with guard rails.
• Deliver solutions using Azure capabilities and DevOps practices.
• Support reliability engineering during releases and deployments.
• Align with Product Owners on requirements and delivery estimates.
