Job summary
London Stock Exchange in the United Kingdom is seeking an ambitious Lead Software Engineer to help us build the future of Digital Rights as part of the LSEG-Microsoft Partnership Data Platform. You will design and implement solutions in the complex DRM domain and lead a squad of engineers.
You will mentor juniors, drive secure, high-quality code, and champion AI-driven automation across the SDLC while collaborating with senior stakeholders and enterprise architects to align with product goals
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Software Engineering experience, with C# .NET.
- 3+ years leading successful engineering squads.
- Experience with AI tools and cloud-based SDLC.
- Experience building in public cloud, ideally Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of well-architected principles.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead a squad of engineers focusing on secure, quality code.
- Design and build solutions in the Digital Rights domain.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide technical direction.
- Deliver solutions on Microsoft Azure and cloud platforms.
- Adopt DevOps practices to code, build and deploy.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand requirements.
- Provide accurate estimations and commitments for delivery.
- Engage with enterprise architects to optimize solutions.
- Recruitment support to grow the team.
