Job summary

Papaya Global in London is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to guide customers through onboarding of the Papaya EoR and payroll solutions. You will drive timelines, develop plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and report status to customers and management.

Ideally you bring 5+ years in project management, strong payroll operations knowledge, excellence in communication, and hands‑on experience building AI-powered workflows to streamline delivery and improve customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management and/or Sr. Project Management role.
• Experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Experience leading large projects and partnering on delivery of multi-faceted engagements.
• Ability to lead multiple customers and projects/tasks simultaneously.
• Desire to actively lead customers and maintain customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and escalation when needed.
• Strong internal communication skills across all groups and levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of customer onboarding and develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, status reports, and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Create, optimize, and drive schedules and project plans across cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.
• Lead customer interactions and act as the point of contact throughout the implementation, including meetings and reporting.
• Run planning and scheduling of multiple simultaneous customer implementation projects.
• Monitor and measure program/project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
