Job summary

EY invites an AI-enabled Solutions Analyst to join Global Payroll Operations — Technology in the UK on a hybrid basis. Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager with 3–4 years of professional experience will lead the development of AI-assisted tools, data processing and automation, while ensuring governance and client protection.

You will work across the engagement lifecycle, from pursuit to delivery, reviewing outputs for accuracy, and collaborating with Directors and engagement teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in business analysis, solutions delivery, operations, or product management.
• Ability to translate user needs into clear solution requirements and acceptance checks.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and reviewing AI outputs for accuracy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build practical AI-enabled solutions across the GPO engagement lifecycle.
• Validate AI-generated logic, test edge cases, and correct defects before release.
• Demonstrate working solutions to users, gather feedback from senior stakeholders, and iterate quickly.
