Job summary

Good Systems is seeking a hands-on marketer to own the acquisition lifecycle from positioning to scale for a new AI product. You will work on-site in London Paddington, four days per week, driving the initial traction with content, social, creators, partnerships and paid channels.

The role requires experimentation, a strong ability to measure outcomes, and the confidence to work with ambiguity while building a compelling product story that resonates with early users.

Qualifications

• You've taken a product from 0 to its first users with clear, measurable results.
• You can define positioning and messaging for early-stage products and test them in market.
• You thrive in ambiguity and think in numbers while writing clearly for diverse audiences.
• You can build acquisition loops across content, social, creators, community, partnerships and paid channels.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition end to end, from positioning and messaging to launch and scale.
• Produce copy, landing pages, video, creative, outreach and analysis yourself, knowing when to bring in specialists.
• Set up your own funnel measurement and run weekly experiments.
• Feed learnings back to Product and leadership to shape future bets.
