Job summary

NRL Group is seeking a Digital Marketing and AI Growth Manager to lead visibility and performance across our digital ecosystem. Hybrid role based in Wigan with two days in the office, focused on technical SEO, AI search, CRO, and analytics to strengthen brand authority.

You will oversee multiple brands, manage CMS platforms, and drive AI-driven marketing innovations while collaborating with stakeholders and agencies.

Qualifications

• Extensive B2B and B2C digital marketing experience.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, GEO and AI search principles.
• Experience managing websites, CMS platforms and supplier relationships.
• Proficiency with GA4, Search Console, CRM integrations and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven recommendations.
• Proven experience leading CRO programmes and digital transformation projects.
• Confident communicator with strong project management and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SEO, GEO and AI search strategy to boost visibility and authority.
• Oversee website development and performance across multiple brands.
• Lead CRO initiatives and shape user journeys for lead generation.
• Manage marketing technology platforms and automation workflows.
• Build dashboards and analytics to inform strategy and performance.
• Drive AI adoption and experimentation across marketing activities.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create authoritative content.
• Guide agency partnerships and internal teams to optimise the digital footprint.
