Job summary

Intuit in London is seeking a hands-on AI customer journey and growth specialist to own strategy and execution across homepage, pricing, and landing pages. You will shape the end-to-end funnel from first visit to purchase, driving a structured testing program and commercial impact.

This hybrid role sits in our London office three days a week. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Web, Analytics, and Media, running large-scale web and paid tests, prototyping quickly with AI tools, and

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRO with AI skills and growth mindset, capable of high-velocity tests and large-scale experiments.
• Full-funnel growth view: diagnose drop-offs and prioritise by commercial impact across journeys.
• Own strategy and execution end to end; not a pure PM or developer.
• AI-native workflow using GitHub, Claude, Figma for rapid prototyping and UX ideation.

Responsibilities

• Grow the customer journey through the funnel with paid, organic, and direct channels.
• Own the AI & CRO roadmap for homepage, pricing, and paid/organic landing pages.
• Run bold, large-scale web and paid tests with a clear structure and rationale.
• Use landing pages as testing channels for paid media hypotheses and ensure journey continuity.
• Maintain a roadmap linking tests to commercial outcomes (subscription impact, conversions).
