Job summary

Our client in Douglas, Isle of Man is seeking a motivated Financial Reporting Accountant to join the team and drive automation within the finance function. You will ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance across UK and IOM entities, while refining processes to boost efficiency.

You will work with stakeholders to implement AI-enhanced reporting, support audits, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic decision-making as the business grows.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with 1–3 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong Excel and data modelling capabilities.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and BI reporting tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts and report to stakeholders.
• Oversee statutory reporting and VAT/compliance.
• Maintain core ledgers in Dynamics 365 and streamline processes using AI tools.
