the company is seeking a Senior Accountant / Financial Reporting specialist to join our Finance Team. You will strengthen core accounting execution, audit management, and monthly consolidated results analysis in a high-growth environment, leveraging AI and automation to redefine modern accounting with IFRS excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IFRS experience in real-world scenarios.
• Experience handling consolidated results, variances, and complex estimates.
• Proven audit end-to-end or as primary finance contact for external auditors.
• Track record of using AI/automation to improve accounting outcomes.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, and improve period-close quality and speed.
• Own audit schedules, coordinate responses, and close audit questions.
• Deep-dive into monthly results, flag risks and provide decision-ready insights for finance leadership.
• Identify accounting risks, implement mitigations, and strengthen internal controls for scalability.
• Actively leverage AI tools to standardise and simplify recurring accounting work.
