Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an AI & Data Analytics Consultant to bridge business leaders and the Data Analytics team, translating challenges into AI/use cases, and building business cases to drive value across the enterprise.

This role requires workshops, collaboration with data scientists, engineers and product teams, and delivery of predictive analytics, BI, and intelligent workflows to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of analytics consulting, BI, data science, strategy consulting, or related fields.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering business value through analytics and technology initiatives.
• Experience translating business requirements into analytical or AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for AI and analytics engagements.
• Facilitate workshops to understand goals, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into actionable analytics and AI use cases.
• Develop business cases demonstrating value and ROI.
• Champion AI capabilities across the organization.
• Educate stakeholders on AI, ML, and analytics capabilities.
• Identify opportunities where AI improves decisions and outcomes.
• Promote responsible AI adoption and present success stories.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and product teams to design solutions.
• Define success metrics and implementation roadmaps.
• Influence senior leaders and drive alignment around analytics initiatives.
• Communicate complex analytics in business-friendly language.
• Manage a pipeline of AI opportunities across business units.
