Refreshing in Kennington is seeking a Finance Assistant to help run day-to-day operations in a fast-growing, creative business. You will be part of a close-knit finance team, with AI-enabled ERP training and a focus on automating repetitive tasks to scale the business.

Applicants should bring strong work ethic, accuracy, and clear communication. Experience in finance, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with an accounts payable platform are important; interest in AI and automation is a real plus.

Formación

• Experience in a busy finance role.
• Good Excel skills and familiarity with spend-management platforms.
• Interest in AI and automation is a plus.
• Experience with project accounting is useful.
• Studying towards AAT, CIMA or ACCA is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Processing supplier invoices, card transactions and expenses.
• Completing bank reconciliations and following up on discrepancies.
• Tracking and allocating costs across projects and departments.
• Supporting colleagues and suppliers with finance queries.
• Raising sales invoices and helping with month-end.
• Finding practical ways to improve and automate finance processes.
