Job summary

Tenzing Search Ltd is seeking a hands-on Finance Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations within a lean team. You will process invoices, reconcile accounts and assist with month-end activities in a fast-growing media business.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive problem-solving and collaboration across teams, with opportunities to automate processes and contribute to reporting improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume finance role.
• Experience using accounts payable or spend-management software.
• Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Comfortable working under pressure and taking ownership of problems.
• An interest in AI, automation and improving processes.
• Experience with project or department-based accounting would be beneficial.
• Media, entertainment or creator-economy experience would be useful but is not essential.
• Part-qualified or studying towards AAT, CIMA, ACCA or an equivalent qualification.
