Enjoy getting the detail right and finding smarter ways to do things? I’m working with a fast-growing creative business looking for a Finance Assistant to join its close-knit finance team.

You’ll help keep the day-to-day finance operation running smoothly, with plenty of variety and the chance to improve how the team works as the business grows.

AI and automation are part of the team’s plans. You’ll work with an AI-enabled ERP, with training provided, and be encouraged to spot ways to reduce repetitive work and build processes that can scale.

The role will include:

• Processing supplier invoices, card transactions and expenses
• Completing bank reconciliations and following up on discrepancies
• Tracking and allocating costs across projects and departments
• Supporting colleagues and suppliers with finance queries
• Raising sales invoices and helping with month-end
• Finding practical ways to improve and automate finance processes
