Job summary

RMG Digital is partnering with a forward-thinking company to hire a Design Systems Designer for a high-impact contract. The role focuses on pioneering AI-driven interfaces and runtime UIs, setting new standards for the platform’s visual and structural design.

You will evolve the design system to support complex AI interactions, create scalable components, and bridge design with engineering to ensure practical adoption across technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proven design systems track record with enterprise-grade libraries.
• Strong UI design portfolio with high-quality aesthetics and patterns.
• Experience designing AI-driven interactions, runtime UIs, or predictive workflows.
• Ability to bridge design systems with software engineering for usable patterns.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and scale the design system to support AI-driven interaction patterns and dynamic UIs.
• Create robust UI patterns and guidance bridging design and engineering for strong adoption.
• Establish guardrails and standards to avoid ad-hoc AI UI solutions.
• Maintain high visual design standards with polished system components and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design tokens, components, and docs with implementation reality.
