Plentific is seeking a Data & Strategy Analyst to turn business questions into KPIs, dashboards, and insights. You’ll join the Supply Chain team and collaborate with Customer Excellence, Delivery, Go-to-Market and leadership, alongside Data Engineering.

You’ll apply AI to speed up analysis and reduce manual reporting. You will build a KPI framework, dashboards in Looker, and predictive workflows to anticipate contractor capacity gaps and at-risk clients, enabling proactive decision-making across

Formación

• 4-5 years experience in data/BI or strategy analyst roles.
• Hands-on BI tool experience, especially Looker.
• Commercial mindset with ability to turn data into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own a KPI framework across teams.
• Create dashboards in Looker for revenue, supply, and client health.
• Develop predictive workflows and early-warning indicators.
• Identify growth opportunities with clear recommendations.
• Run ad-hoc and strategic analyses for business cases.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to define data needs.
• Use AI to accelerate insights and ensure accuracy.
