About the role

Plentific is growing, and so is the number of teams who need clear, reliable data to make decisions. You'll also use AI in your daily work to get to insight faster and cut down on manual reporting.

What you'll do

  • Build dashboards in Looker. Turn existing data into clear, well-designed dashboards for areas such as transactional revenue, contractor supply and performance, and client health.
  • Build predictive workflows. Move teams from looking back to looking ahead. Use trends and leading indicators to flag issues early, such as contractor capacity gaps, at‑risk clients or slowing job volumes, and build them into workflows and alerts so teams act before problems land.
  • Identify and size growth opportunities. Spot where we can grow, such as clients with headroom, under‑used services, regions with unmet demand or gaps in supply with a clear recommendation and next step.
  • Run commercial analysis. Carry out ad‑hoc and strategic deep dives for business cases, board and leadership packs, client reviews and commercial decisions.
  • Work with Data Engineering. When the business needs new data fields or models, turn that need into a clear requirement for the team.
