Job summary

Plan International is seeking a leading role to drive AI governance, advanced analytics and intelligent automation across its data and reporting landscape. You will translate organisational priorities into high-value AI use cases grounded in trusted data and measurable outcomes.

The role enables AI-assisted insight generation, self-service analytics and natural-language reporting using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot Studio and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• Experience in AI enablement, advanced analytics and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Snowflake, DBT, SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain practical AI governance standards.
• Design and enable advanced analytics using Fabric, Power BI, Snowflake and DBT.
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept for AI-enabled analytics.
• Work with technical teams to connect AI solutions to governed data sources while preserving access controls.
• Monitor AI risk, governance and change controls.
