Exiger is seeking a Customer Success Architect in London to help enterprise customers across the UK and EMEA achieve measurable outcomes with 1EXIGER.AI. You’ll combine enterprise consulting experience, software delivery expertise, and hands-on AI to guide customers from go-live through adoption, value realization, and ongoing success.

You’ll lead scoped, time-bound engagements within the ongoing customer relationship, drive adoption and executive alignment, and coordinate specialists.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience in customer-facing enterprise software implementation.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise solutions involving configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from discovery to support.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions and translating business problems into repeatable workflows.
• Practical understanding of generative AI and large language models and how to apply them.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and collaborating with technical teams.
• Strong discovery, presentation, and facilitation skills with executives and users.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise engagements across UK/EMEA to guide go-live through adoption and value realization.
• Embed AI workflows, validate outputs, train users, and develop reusable prompts and playbooks.
• Define scope, dates, and success criteria; document commitments in the success plan.
• Deliver standard configuration and targeted enablement; escalate issues and ensure outcomes meet acceptance criteria.
• Align stakeholders, build executive sponsorship, and document success stories with measurable value.
• Manage scope and balance delivery capacity by negotiating changes before commitments.
