Job summary

Raylo, a London-based subscription platform, seeks a mid‑level analytics strategist to optimise customer growth and approval decisions. You’ll work across Product, Data and Growth, applying AI tools to extract actionable insights and drive revenue.

In this role you’ll be exposed to senior leadership from day one and will help shape data strategy, analytics instrumentation, and governance across the business. The position is hybrid with London-based office days.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, analytics, or product/data roles.
• 2:1 or higher from a top university, STEM preferred.
• Hands‑on daily use of AI tools to accelerate insight to decision cycle.
• Strong SQL knowledge; Python is a plus.
• Track record of data‑driven impact using modern analytics stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to optimise approval rates for existing customers.
• Investigate key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use AI to boost analytical capabilities and drive monitoring/automation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on data-driven design and data sources.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to develop positive customer experiences.
• Design scalable data frameworks and tracking systems with strong controls.
• Maintain high data quality across multiple sources.
