Uncapped, London-based fintech, is hiring a Credit Strategy Analyst to develop credit risk strategies balancing growth with risk using data and analytics. You will translate complex data into actionable business strategies and work with cross-functional teams.

The role reports to a Credit Strategy Manager and requires strong numerical skills, experience in Python/SQL, and the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Numerate graduate with strong foundations in mathematics, statistics, econometrics or related subjects.
• Experience in credit or analytics role preferred (1–2 years).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build data driven credit strategies to optimize outcomes within risk appetite.
• Structure and maintain risk reporting for the team.
• Generate actionable insights and visualise findings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams on new propositions.
