Job summary

The Portfolio Group is seeking an AI Conversion & Personalisation Specialist to join its Growth & Marketing function in London. You will bridge marketing, data and technology to enhance targeting and conversion using AI, intent data and firmographic signals.

You’ll drive data enrichment, audience activation and personalised messaging across campaigns, while working with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to deliver smarter, high-performing programmes.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Sales Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360.
Audience segmentation and activation.
ICP development and lead scoring.
Intent data and behavioural signals.
AI-driven personalisation.
API-based data enrichment.
Paid media conversion tracking / server-side data.
Lead nurture and lifecycle journeys.

Responsibilities

Build and manage data enrichment workflows using Salesforce APIs and firmographic sources.
Develop ICP and intent scoring models from firmographic and behavioural data.
Use AI to create personalised content and messaging across campaigns.
Turn real-time intent signals into relevant personalised messaging.
Define audiences and build targeting logic for paid media and outbound activity.
Activate enriched audiences with Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Improve funnel conversion from landing pages to handoff.
Design richer conversion signals feeding revenue-stage data to ads.
