Referment is seeking a senior planner to lead an AI-driven scheduling initiative for complex infrastructure projects in London. You will review generated programmes, identify issues, and drive product improvements with a small squad.

Your role includes quarterly planning, trade-off decisions, and building tooling and AI agents. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a planner on major projects, deep Primavera P6 expertise, and a clear stance on schedule quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a planner or scheduler on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Fluency in Primavera P6; knowledge of Asta/MSP/TILOS is a bonus.
• Ability to defend schedules and argue about float with clients.
• Experience building planning tooling or AI-driven automation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the planner in the room — review generated programmes and translate issues into product improvements.
• Own the squad's quarter: plan, reconcile unplanned work, and deliver with authority to trade-off.
• Write clear specs, prompt agents, and review generated output rather than handing over.
• Design and ship planning agents, defining their scope and the planner's loop.
• Run structured evaluations to quantify schedule quality and justify changes.
• Conduct user and buyer research with planning managers and programme directors.
• Lead contributors and coordinate dependencies across squads.
