Job summary

nPlan is hiring a Technical Product Manager for Schedule Studio to lead the squad that builds AI-driven planning tools for major construction projects.

You’ll work with planners, engineers and clients to define what a good schedule looks like, design agents, run structured evaluations, and ship measurable improvements.

You’ll own quarterly planning, decide trade-offs with real authority, prototype with AI, and help translate planning craft into scalable software.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years as a planner or scheduler on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Deep fluency in Primavera P6; Asta, MSP, or TILOS is a bonus.
• Clear point of view on schedule quality and float.

Responsibilities

• Be the planner in the room: review generated programmes and drive product and model improvements.
• Own the squad's quarter: plan it, reconcile unplanned work, and make trade‑offs with evidence.
• Design and ship planning agents: specify what they should/shouldn't do and guardrails.
• Run evaluations: define a good schedule and prove it with structured assessments.
