Job summary

Grove Talent is seeking a Business Transformation Leader – AI to partner with a global software group and drive end-to-end AI-led transformation across multiple businesses and geographies.

You will work with leadership teams to identify opportunities, rethink products and operating models, and build multidisciplinary teams to deliver tangible outcomes. The role requires breadth of experience, curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
