Job summary

Grove Talent is partnering to appoint a Business Transformation Leader – AI. The role spans across multiple software businesses, working with leadership teams to identify opportunities where AI can drive significant business impact and to turn those opportunities into tangible results.

The successful candidate will challenge entrenched ways of thinking, help redesign products, teams and operating models, and build high-performing, multidisciplinary teams while collaborating with technology,

Qualifications

• Breadth of experience across technology, product, and business leadership and ability to effect change in difficult environments.
• Curiosity and capacity to drive transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with leadership teams to identify opportunities and deliver tangible impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to create significant business impact across software businesses.
• Challenge existing assumptions and ways of working to unlock transformation.
• Help businesses rethink products, teams and operating models across functions.
• Collaborate with technology, product, commercial and operational teams.
• Build high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
• Work with technical specialists to quickly demonstrate feasible transformations.
• Navigate complex organisational dynamics and have difficult conversations when needed.
• Create momentum so leadership teams own and drive the transformation.
