Job summary

Grove Talent is partnering with a global software group to appoint a Business Transformation Leader – AI. This senior role will drive AI-enabled transformations across multiple software businesses, aiming to turn opportunities into tangible commercial and operational wins.

You will partner with leadership teams to identify opportunities, rethink products and operating models, and build high-performing teams that can sustain change in dynamic environments.
