Job summary

Grove Talent is seeking a Business Transformation Leader – AI to drive strategic change across international software businesses. You will partner with leadership to identify opportunities where AI can deliver commercial, product and operational impact, beyond tooling or quick wins.

You will influence across technology, product, commercial and operations, building high-performing teams and navigating complex dynamics to create lasting transformation and new revenue opportunities.
