Job summary

Grayce is seeking a Business Transformation Lead in Manchester to drive high-visibility, hands-on initiatives across Commercial, Finance, Product and Delivery teams. You’ll design operating models, establish end-to-end processes from pricing and contracting to mobilisation and performance reporting.

Reporting to the CFO, you will turn AI ambitions into practical solutions, oversee a Salesforce upgrade, manage competing priorities and external partners, and embed new ways of working that deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional transformation programmes.
• Strong operating model design and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Programme delivery capabilities with governance and multi-workstream management.
• Commercial acumen connecting operational decisions to revenue and profitability.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation with cross-team collaboration.
• Right to work in the UK with no visa sponsorship.
