Grayce is seeking a Business Transformation Lead in Manchester to drive high-visibility, hands-on initiatives across Commercial, Finance, Product and Delivery teams. You’ll design operating models, establish end-to-end processes from pricing and contracting to mobilisation and performance reporting.

Reporting to the CFO, you will turn AI ambitions into practical solutions, oversee a Salesforce upgrade, manage competing priorities and external partners, and embed new ways of working that deliver

• Salary: £70,000-£75,000 per annum, dependent on relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities and performance throughout the selection process

Reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer, you'll play a central role in shaping how Grayce operates, bringing new products and services to market, embedding emerging technologies and delivering meaningful change across the organisation.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role, working across teams and functions to deliver business-critical transformation initiatives.

Your focus will be on three key areas:

Launching & Scaling New Products and Services

Design the operating models, processes and commercial foundations needed to bring new propositions to market, ensuring they're scalable, commercially sustainable and ready to deliver for clients.

You’ll work across Commercial, Finance, Product and Delivery teams to establish effective end-to-end processes, from pricing and contracting through to mobilisation, delivery and performance reporting.

Turning AI Ambition into Operational Impact

Identify and implement opportunities to use LLMs, agentic AI and automation to improve how Grayce operates, creating smarter, more efficient and scalable ways of working.

Working alongside technical specialists and business stakeholders, you’ll help turn emerging technologies into practical solutions that deliver measurable value.

Delivering Business-Wide Transformation

Lead the coordination and delivery of key strategic initiatives, including our Salesforce upgrade, ensuring systems, processes and teams are aligned and new ways of working are successfully embedded.

You’ll manage competing priorities, dependencies and delivery partners, maintaining clear governance and accountability across multiple workstreams.

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for an experienced transformation professional who combines strategic thinking, commercial awareness and the ability to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional business transformation programmes, from planning through to successful implementation
• Strong experience in operating model design, process improvement and translating strategy into practical, scalable solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage and challenge senior leaders
• Strong programme delivery capabilities, including governance, risk management, prioritisation and managing multiple workstreams and external partners
• Commercial acumen, with an understanding of how operational decisions influence revenue, profitability and business performance
• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation, working collaboratively with technical teams to implement new systems and ways of working
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, build engagement and drive sustainable change
• The existing right to work in the UK without employer visa sponsorship, now or in the future. Grayce is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position

Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions, working with Salesforce or supporting the launch of new products and services would be particularly advantageous.
